At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, kindly initiate a return for the current one and place a new order separately.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition.
Any free promotional gifts must also be returned.
You must contact our customer care team to request and receive return approval before sending anything back.
Email us at info@universebeautyco.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to return your package.
Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions by email.
Print the return label and drop the package at the nearest designated courier service (e.g., GIG, DHL, or an approved partner).
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly.
If your return is due to change of mind (e.g. ordered the wrong item, no longer need the product), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Orders under ₦60,000:
The cost of the return shipping label + original delivery fee (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
Orders over ₦60,000 (Free Shipping Orders):
The cost of the return shipping + ₦3,500 flat fee (representing the waived original shipping cost) will be deducted.
Partial Returns:
A flat ₦3,500 return shipping fee applies (may vary based on location).
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at info@universebeautyco.com.
To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please include:
A photo of the outer packaging, showing the shipping label with the tracking number.
A photo of all items inside the original package.
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
Claims without supporting photos may not qualify for compensation or replacement. Kindly take these photos before discarding any packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or direct bank transfer, depending on how the payment was made.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and confirmation.
Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable.
